  • Can I get more information and arrange a demo?

    You sure can. Schedule an online demo (or a casual chat) with us on our Book a Demo page and we’ll meet you in the video meeting.

  • How do I sign up with Reportal?

    We’ll show you through Reporal to see if it would make a good fit for your organisation. We’ll discuss your needs like whether you’re leaning towards a DIY or a customised DIFM site design (see the Pricing page for details). Once you’ve had the opportunity to ask questions and decide that you want to proceed, we can sign you up. For DIFM sites, we’ll send you a tailored quote and once accepted, we’ll get you started.

  • Do I need web design or development skills to use Reportal?

    Reportal is a no-code and easy-to-use online publication platform and is designed to let all members of your organisation create content. The system has predefined styles, and drag-and-drop content blocks to help you effortlessly create your report. A complimentary training session will be provided to ensure you and your team can fully utilise its features. 


    We also offer design and content population services that can be tailored to your specific needs and discussed further with you.

  • What is included in the DIY cost?

    The base cost for Reportal includes enough to get you going. Through a design and requirements consultation, we’ll configure the global styles of the Reportal site to match your brand’s style guide and create one generic page template. We’ll also provide a one-hour online training session to make sure you’re ready to create your reports.

  • How many users in my team can I give access to?

    Reportal provides an unlimited number of users to edit your site. Your team can be assigned various permissions like site commenting, content editing or full editing capabilities.

  • How many reports can I create using Reportal?

    With Reportal, you have the freedom to create an unlimited number of reports under your subscription. Each report attracts a $35/mo hosting fee (not subject to NFP discounts). This not only ensures clarity in budgeting but also allows your organisation to seamlessly adapt and scale as your needs evolve.

  • What support is offered?

    Once we’ve trained you, you’ll receive training documentation and reference materials. You’ll also have access to our support team by email to iron out any teething issues with setting up and publishing your online publication. Our support team will always be ready to help within Australian business hours. Just email support@reportal.pro and we’ll be in touch within one business day to answer your queries. 

  • What is your monthly billing process?

    Reportal’s monthly plan will be debited from your credit card for a 30 day billing period until the plan is cancelled. Yearly plans are invoiced at the start and paid upfront, giving you 365 days of unlimited use of Reportal. Your Reportal subscription starts on receipt of payment.

     

    If you need to raise a PO order, we can only do that on an annual plan or other services arrangement you are quoted.

  • How do I cancel Reportal?

    To cancel your monthly plan, please send an email to support@reportal.pro, and we will process your plan cancellation at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. Please allow up to 5 business days from the end of your subscription month for this to be finalised.
